By utilizing the services, features, and functionalities of the Dorzet platform, you ("the user") enter into an agreement with Dorzet. This agreement comprehensively covers the terms governing your use of our platform's services, whether accessed via our website, mobile application, or any other digital medium we might offer. Your continued usage signifies your explicit acceptance of these stipulated terms.

User Definitions

1. Partner: means any individual or entity that provides any type of legal and ethical service. Partners must be at least 18 years old and must have relevant experience in the field of their expertise.
2. Customer: means any individual or entity that utilizes the services of a partner.
3. Agent: is an individual or entity affiliated with Dorzet, responsible for onboarding and educating both partners and customers to the platform. In recognition of their efforts, Agents earn a commission based on predefined terms.

3. User Interactions and Ethical Responsibilities

Users are expected to maintain transparency and professionalism in all interactions on the platform. Misleading information or any form of deceptive activities can lead to account suspension and potential legal actions. Additionally, users must agree to and strictly follow our safety guidelines. 6. Platform Liability, Warranties, Limitations & User Safety

Platform Liability: Dorzet is designed to foster a thriving community of partners and customers. However, it assumes no liability for any losses or damages that users may encounter due to their use of the platform. This can arise from various circumstances, including.

• Negligence or misconduct of a partner.
• Actions or omissions of a customer.
• Unforeseeable events beyond our control, commonly termed as force majeure events.

Warranties

Dorzet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties, be they explicit or implied, including but not confined to warranties of merchantability, aptness for a distinct purpose, or non-infringement. Users are encouraged to exercise their discretion while engaging on the platform.

Limitations

While we aspire to provide an unblemished platform experience, certain aspects might be constrained due to technical, operational, or regulatory reasons. Furthermore, Dorzet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and there may be instances of temporary unavailability. Dorzet places a premium on the safety of its community. Partners are encouraged to remain vigilant of occupational hazards, ensuring their well-being. Customers, on the other hand, bear the responsibility of fostering a secure work environment, devoid of potential threats.

Consistent adherence to safety protocols is not just encouraged but expected at Dorzet. From leveraging in-app safety mechanisms to ensuring a hazard-free workspace, the safety of our users is paramount. Any deviation from these guidelines could invite stringent actions, potentially including account suspension or legal pursuits, in line with the prevailing Indian labor laws. 6.1. Phased Rollout & Regional Limitations

At Dorzet, innovation is in our DNA. As a budding startup, we're excited about our journey and are rolling out our app in a phased manner, focusing on one region or location at a time. This approach ensures we can maintain the high-quality experience we pledge to all our users.

Upon accessing our app, potential users from regions where we haven't officially launched will be greeted with a notification. This serves as a reminder of our current operational boundaries. However, we believe in inclusivity and do not wish to restrict enthusiastic individuals. If users from such regions still choose to join, they're welcome to do so. Yet, it's vital to understand the following:

Liability: Dorzet does not assume any liability or responsibility for services, interactions, or transactions in regions where we haven't officially launched.

Rewards & Benefits: Users from these regions will not be eligible for any promotional rewards, bonuses, or benefits until we officially roll out in that particular area. We appreciate the eagerness and support from our user base and promise to expand our horizons swiftly, ensuring everyone can fully experience what Dorzet has to offer.

6.2 Financial Transactions and Platform's Role

Bridging Role: Dorzet's primary function is to act as a facilitator, bridging the gap between service providers and those seeking these services. We provide a platform where both parties can connect, discuss, and finalize their service agreements. Our role is limited to ensuring that this connection is possible in a seamless and efficient manner.

Non-Intervention in Negotiations: We understand the importance of mutual agreements and respect the autonomy of our users. As such, Dorzet does not participate in or influence payment negotiations, decisions on service quality, or the terms of any finalized transactions between the service provider and the seeker. These discussions and the final agreements are purely the responsibility of the two involved parties.

Bilateral Financial Agreements: All financial aspects, including the determination of payment terms, pricing, and other related factors, are solely a bilateral agreement between the service provider and the seeker. Dorzet does not have any say in these agreements nor holds any liability for disputes arising out of such financial arrangements.

6.3 Credit Usage & Partner/Seeker Interaction:

Dorzet operates as a facilitative platform, bridging the gap between partners and seekers. Our credit system is designed to provide users with access to details and potential opportunities. Once credits are utilized to avail details, they represent a service rendered on our end.

In scenarios where:

• A user faces challenges in connecting with a partner or seeker.
• There's no response from the other party.
• The work offer is declined due to disagreements on work specifics, wages, or any other reason.

Dorzet would like to emphasize the following:

Platform's Role: We serve as a platform to connect parties and don't influence, or control individual decisions made by partners or seekers.

Credit Policy: As per our records, if a service (like availing details) has been utilized using credits, it indicates the platform has fulfilled its role. Consequently, these credits, being a platform fee, are non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of user interactions post detail retrieval.

We encourage users to communicate effectively and understand that the dynamics of individual interactions can vary. While Dorzet provides the platform and opportunities, the eventual outcomes depend on mutual agreements between the users involved.

7. Financials & Payment Structure

Dorzet operates with a commitment to transparency. Comprehensive details about our pricing, credit point packages, and other financial aspects are available in our Financial Policy. We recommend users to consult this policy for in-depth information.

Platform Handling Fee: Dorzet may impose a nominal fee for certain services or transactions to sustain the platform's quality and upkeep. This fee is clearly communicated to users and is designed to cover operational costs.

Credit Point System: Our platform adopts a credit point system for service availing. These points, once used to access specific services, are non-refundable. It's essential for users to know:

• Points are non-refundable after service access.
• They can't be transferred to another user.
• They come with a lifetime validity.

Partner Registration Fee: To ensure the platform's authenticity, a one-time fee is charged to partners during registration. This approach not only safeguards platform integrity but also offers benefits, with 80% of the fee returned as a bonus to referees.

8. User-Centric Advertising

Dorzet aims to enhance user experience by displaying relevant advertisements based on individual interactions and behaviors on the platform. While we prioritize personalization, users have the option to opt out of such tailored advertisements, defaulting to more generic ads. 9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. Failing that, they shall opt for mediation. If mediation fails, the parties reserve the right to proceed with arbitration or litigation.

Applicability of Indian Laws: The entire framework of this agreement, including its interpretation, execution, and enforcement, is primarily governed by the legal statutes and principles laid down by the Republic of India. Dispute Resolution in Indian Courts: In the unfortunate event of disagreements or disputes emanating from this agreement or its clauses, both parties are bound to seek resolution within the legal confines of Indian jurisdiction. This means that any legal action or proceedings related to such disputes shall be exclusively brought to and conducted within Indian courts.

c. Exclusive Jurisdiction of Indian Courts: The courts of India hold exclusive authority to adjudicate any disputes that arise between the user and Dorzet. Parties hereby irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction, acknowledging the competence of these courts and the applicability of Indian laws to settle any disagreements.

Sharing, lending, or in any way disclosing these details, especially passwords, to third parties compromises the integrity of the account and could lead to unauthorized access.

Therefore, any form of misuse, such as fraudulent transactions, impersonation, or uploading harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content, is strictly prohibited. However, while doing so, user anonymity and confidentiality will always be respected.

Ownership: The entirety of content included in or made available through Dorzet, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, belongs to Dorzet or its content suppliers and is safeguarded by United States and international copyright laws.

User Contributions: If you post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Dorzet a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to utilize, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post.

Restrictions: No portion of Dorzet's platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent from Dorzet.

User Responsibilities: Upon using Dorzet's platform, users are bound by the following obligations:

• Lawful Conduct: Ensure your actions on the platform are in strict adherence to applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Civility and Respect: Engage with other users in a courteous and respectful manner. Avoid any form of harassment or abuse.

Both Dorzet and the user reserve the right to terminate the agreement under certain conditions. The process for termination involves a notice period of 15 days during which corrective actions can be taken.

18: Severability

In the event that any provision or clause of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, such determination will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These will remain in force as if our agreement had been agreed upon with the invalid provision eliminated.
